Something you mightn’t know about me peachies is, that whilst addicted to weddings, I’m also addicted to celebrity gossip. One of my favourite pastimes is to catch up on celebrity gossip at the foot massage. I’m a teeny tiny bit ashamed to admit it and don’t ask me why, but it totally relaxes me. So when I was pouring over the recent happenings in the celebrity world, I came across a photo of Kate Bosworth looking absolutely stunning in a lemon yellow off-the-shoulder chiffon dress Erdem‘s Spring 2013 Collection. She looked so effortlessly chic and feminine in the gorgeously flirty dress with her hair so perfectly done up in a french twist, I just couldn’t stop staring and knew straight away that I wanted to create an inspiration board around her dress. The gorgeous yellow tone immediately made me think of the spring and summer sunshine. Paired with hints of spring green, hunter green, cream and taupe, the palette is one that’s refreshing and also super pretty and feminine – perfect for any happy occasion. Even if your wedding is in autumn or winter, you could still consider this palette to brighten and liven things up at an otherwise more dreary time of the year. No matter how you see it, I think it’s the perfectly pretty and cheery combination that you can’t go wrong with.
