I attended a wedding of some dear friends over the weekend and absolutely adored the colourful paper cranes sprinkled around their centrepieces. What a great and simple way to add a little DIY sweetness into your wedding! I even got to fold some peachy coloured ones in between the heartwarming speeches and scrumptuous food. LOVE!
I’ve personally always been a big fan of origami. Origami creations are definitely a cost friendly and accessible DIY that’s flexible enough to incorporate into your wedding in a variety of ways as well as in many different styles. One of the most famous origami designs is the crane and Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds one thousand paper cranes will have their heart’s desire come true. Now, that would be simply peachy.
I absolutely adore some of the ideas below which can be incorporated into your wedding in so many ways – be it, as cute escort cards, gorgeous ceremony backdrops or just as a little something extra for any part of your wedding.
