Wedding Cake Alternatives

Last week’s post on naked wedding cakes got me thinking about other alternatives to the traditional wedding cake. As you already know, I have a major sweet tooth and love mucking about in the kitchen baking so I get super excited when I see creative desserts, particularly at weddings. What I’m trying to say is that your wedding ‘cake’ does not have to be made of cake. You can do just about anything you want so have fun with it! You can stack your favourite sweet treats or turn your favourite dessert into a tiered ‘cake’. There’s plenty of room for creativity when it comes to designing your ‘cake’ so have some fun with it peachies! Here are some unique ideas for great traditional wedding cake alternatives to get you inspired.
