To enquire about prop hire, please email us at with a list of what you’re after along with the date required.  If items are available, we will send you a booking form via email.

We have a $100 minimum spend for all prop hire.

We are open by appointment only to view our collection in our studio in Little Bay on:
Tuesday  9am – 1pm
Wednesday 9am – 1pm
Friday 9am – 1pm

We are constantly adding to our collection and updating our hire list and love sourcing things for our clients so if you don’t see something here, email us at and let us know what you’re looking for and we might actually have it or can help you source it.

A completed and signed booking form is required to book any of our furniture + prop items. Once your form is returned, we will issue an invoice by email. A receipt will be emailed to you once payment is received. Please note that your booking is not held or confirmed until full payment has been received.

Hire period is up to 5 days. Additional fees apply for late return or extended hire over 5 days.

Full payment is required to secure your booking.  Payment can be made electronically via EFT or Paypal (surcharge applies).  We will send you an invoice with the payment details and we will confirm receipt of your payment by email. Items cannot be reserved until full payment has been received. Prices on our website include GST.

Exchange of props is possible, subject to availability and notice period. Refunds are not possible once payment is made.

Collection is available from our studio at the following times:

Return of props is to our studio at the following times::
Tuesday 9am – 1pm
Wednesday 9am – 1pm
Friday 9am – 1pm

Delivery is available and charges apply for all deliveries.  Styling + setup is not included in delivery fee unless otherwise stated. If you would like any assistance with set up or styling, we would be happy to help so email us on

Any damage or loss of props or furniture MUST be paid for by the hirer at a fee as determined by Simply Peachy. A cleaning fee may be incurred for linen if required. This is a condition of hire and acknowledged with a signed booking form.
