I love the DIY feel and laid back vibe of chalkboards in weddings. Chalkboards are the perfect tool for weddings. You can personalise them, spice them up or keep them low key or use them to direct guests, display a menu, serve food, as a photobooth prop, for seating cards – there are endless uses for them. Chalkboards are great for injecting some fun and personality into your wedding and the great thing about them is that they’re cheap to buy or even to make yourselves. Armed with wood, chalkboard paint and chalk you can create your own chalkboard easily. Frame it in a wooden frame for a rustic feel or a coloured frame if you want to match your colour scheme. Large, medium, small or teeny tiny, framed or unframed, no matter how you use them, they’re unique in every way!
