As someone who was a major Disney fan growing up (and still is!), I was pretty excited when Eliska from Ruffles and Bells sent over this adorable Beauty and the Beast inspiration shoot. It was like love at first sight! From the gorgeous palette of golds, mustard yellows, deep blues and purple to all the rich and delightful details that pay tribute to the movie so well, there’s so much beauty to swoon over. There’s even a beautiful gold lamp that reminds me of Lumiere! I think I’m going to have to dust off the DVD this weekend. Captured perfectly by Marie from Lilelements, you can see all of it right here.
Eliska of Ruffles and Bells shares, “The shoot is an outtake on Beauty and the Beast and the Marie of Lilelements and I stayed with the fairytale’s classic colors of blue and gold but we added our own little twists to it. Imagine a garden wedding with a mixture of luxe detail brought by the gold and deep blue, featuring spring blooms with pale and bright colors. It showcases the bride and groom in more ways than one. Contrasts of soft and hard textures, foliage and pale flowers, wooden table against pretty cakes. It’s for the modern couple who wants to keep things fun and interesting. Drawing inspiration from castle stained windows, Two Love Birds designed the invitations with intricate details and classic fonts to bring out the formality of the event. The gorgeous cakes and cookies designed by Minnie’s Sweet Creations were based on the invites keeping with the blue and purple tones.”
