A Sunny Wedding in Hawaii by Kenneth Lim Photography

Vera Wang, Jimmy Choo, beautiful blue skies, stunning sandy shores of Kona-Kohala Coast Hawaii, pretty pictures by Kenneth Lim Photography? If that’s not the beginnings of a gorgeous wedding, I just don’t know what is. This wedding has got me aching to book a ticket and hop on the next plane to go and experience the beauty of Hawaii. The splashes of pink and hints of blue and red against the green Hawaiian surroundings are totally swoon-worthy… and let’s be real, any couple who sport colourful Converse shoes on their wedding day is totally cool in my books. I love that the bride swapped her Jimmy Choos for a pair of red Converse!

From Kenneth of Kenneth Lim Photography, “with the bride being from New York (my hometown) and the groom from Australia, I know Ming and Nick considered A LOT of different destinations before deciding on Hawaii. And after arriving on the Big Island, I could see why – nowhere else in world have I seen blue skies, endless ocean, sea turtles in sand, lush greenery and barren volcanic ash all in one place. But above the beautiful location, I know that more than anything the couple really just wanted their guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Which was easy come wedding day because everyone had spent the prior day together on a chartered boat partying and snorkeling with dolphins! I had an absolute blast being a part of the whole weekend and Ming and Nick have since earned roles as consultants for my OWN wedding planning!”

Thank you Kenneth for sharing this wonderful wedding with me! Xx
